Great service- appreciate the loaner car This was my first visit to Maclin Ford and I was treated very well by Shelby and the service staff. My 2006 ford escape had to be towed and I needed This was my first visit to Maclin Ford and I was treated very well by Shelby and the service staff. My 2006 ford escape had to be towed and I needed a shop in Calgary so I called Maclin and Shelby got an appointment for me right away. I am from Canmore so I do not have a mechanic in Calgary. Shelby got me checked in right away and even set up the shuttle for a rental car as no loaner was available. I really appreciate her attention to detail and handling my situation with professionalism. I was really stressed as it was rush hour and I was trying to make it to work for my 3-11 pm shift at a hospital. With Shelby's help I was at work in under 2 hours which was amazing considering the icy, -20 rush hour conditions. I really appreciate the use of a loaner car as my commute is 250 kms/day -5 days a week. I was never given or offered a loaner vehicle at the ford dealership in Canmore. On top of all this my husband and I moved from Canmore to Calgary during the time was suv was unavailable. Shelby emailed and called to update me on everything that was happening and I really felt taken care of. She really made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with and I did not feel inconvenienced at any time. All of the staff were great in assisting and helping me through this. I will be happy to return in the future to have my suv serviced. More

Service review January 2017 Had a service issue with my 2013 Fiesta, found the contact between Maclin and myself to be extremely well delivered and the service was faultless. I was shuttled to and from work and was updated on the status of my vehicle twice with the advisor genuinely concerned for my well being that day as I did not have a vehicle to drive. Very impressed. Never once made to feel like i was just another sale On my last service visit, was offered opportunity to get Trade-In value for my F-150 Truck. Whilst that Oil Change was being done and the Trade-In va On my last service visit, was offered opportunity to get Trade-In value for my F-150 Truck. Whilst that Oil Change was being done and the Trade-In valuations being prepared - had discussions with Graham re what i would like in a new Truck, IF i was to consider trade, Graham showed me my options, let me just say he knows his stuff very well. Once the Trade-In value had come back it become quite evident that the Truck i wanted was within reach....so after some negotiations with Paul - i signed on the dotted line....success..a sale..lets chalked my name up the on board and move on to the next one, but no it goes well beyond that.....it almost felt like i had become a part of the family, the sincerity shown from all Employees from Service (Greg), Finanace (Jocelyn) all the way back to Sales (Paul and Graham) was first class. If you ever think of buying a Car/Truck please go see Graham at Maclin - very easy to talk too, knows his stuff, along with a no hassel, no presurre attitude - and never treated like just another sale.
