The people at Macl1n recognised I was on a mission to see what options were here. They respected me by giving me the space and time I was using. Not seeing my ideal coffee, I found something that caught my interest... that's when I was introduced to Lennie. He is awesome and never deals in fluff chatter, unless responding to your comments. We did the test drive of the interesting unit. I came back with my wife to show her the unit, and did the second test drive. We enjoyed it so much, money was down, paperwork was started. End of the following week, we claimed our pre-owned F-150 FX-4 Super-Crew, already setup with spray in bed liner, running boards and rear gate built-in ladder. Everyone I deal with, asked if we were willing to hear about options. Our answers were respected, and we all went forward ,happy knowing that choices were always respected. More

I had seen a car that I liked and wanted to have a look at it, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mel was so professional and did not pressure us at all. We ended up buying that vehicle that day and all the details were handled quickly and effortlessly. I have never found purchasing a vehicle so easy and stress free! Our contract had accidentally set at 72 months not 60, and a lot of additional optional costs were added with our approval. Trying to get a hold of them was a complete nightmare. They would not return emails or phone messages or return emails on days they were suppose to. The General Manager Justin got involved but he wasn’t that great to deal with either. It two weeks before anyone let us know what was going on or before we had the NEW finance manger finally fix it for us. I recently had all Maclin decals removed off the truck and have told everyone I know not to purchase a new or used vehicle there. My wife and our family and friends are actively spreading the word too. I would strongly recommend looking over your contracts again. More

Salesman sold vehicle after I had a appmt to view vehicle. I had contacted a salesman looking for a used Ford 150 and he said e would keep an eye out. A couple of weeks later he honed and told me he had the sp I had contacted a salesman looking for a used Ford 150 and he said e would keep an eye out. A couple of weeks later he honed and told me he had the specific truck I was looking for. We agreed for me to view the truck the next morning but next morning he phoned and said truck was being cleaned or something and that I could view it the next day at 11:30 am. At 11:15 the next day he phoned and told me that he had just sold the truck. I thought that was a very un-professional thing to do as we had already made the time for me view and possibly buy the truck, but I guess he just wanted to sell the truck to the first person to walk thru the door. When I talked to him after he had sold the truck he was just trying to brush me off and hoped that I would go away, again very un-professional. I hope all of Maclin's salespeople are not the same. In future I will not re-visit this dealership or recommend to anyone. I buy a car about every three years and my friends and family buy card on a regular basis, I not be recommending them to Maclin. I did buy the truck I was looking for in Edmonton and saved about $4000 for same vehicle he was trying to sell me. More
