Left happy I took an Escape for a test drive, talked numbers and had to walk away. It wasn't going to work for me. Few days later I got the call to come back and I took an Escape for a test drive, talked numbers and had to walk away. It wasn't going to work for me. I bought my first new vehicle from Maclin ford in 2016 I had a horrible experience with my first new car a 2017 escape in August 2016. I never went back to Maclin even to service my escape. Horrible experience with a 12.9% intrest rate felt bullied to get the SUV no information on how this would affect my financial situation. I have been trying to get this rate lowered for 2 yrs. Darril and Steve put me in a 2018 escape with features that i should have gotten in 2016 for 2.9% sucks i had to roll over negative equity but they were there to help me. They explained everything to me especially steve. I didnt sign anything until he made sure i knew what i was signing. I was very happy with everything. Amazing customer service More

Loads of bored looking dudes hanging around with nothing to do and no one can or will help me bc someone believes I’m happy to wait 10 mins or 30 mins for my sales guy. Nope. My time is valuable, just give me what I need, I just want to get in with it. More
