Very poor service at this dealership is putting it nicely. 17 months and they still can’t fix the same issue I’ve had since day 1 of ownership.. Been waiting over a month to hear from there service ma nicely. 17 months and they still can’t fix the same issue I’ve had since day 1 of ownership.. Been waiting over a month to hear from there service manager only way I can ever get a response is if I contact the dealership myself... getting tired of having to call and ask them to continue trying to look into fixing my brand new truck!!!! Although when I was given the loaner vehicle they were nice enough to leave all the finger or toe nail clippings all over the floor!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!! I guess it’s not a concern for the dealership since it’s getting closer to my warranty being over so they don’t have to fix it. To say I’m angry and disappointed with the service of this dealership is a understatement I wouldn’t give them a dollar of my money at this point but I do feel they are obligated to fix the vehicle they sold me that has issues since the day I took possession of this vehicle. Maybe a lawsuit against them would help there customer service? More
