I purchased my vehicle at Lockwood nearly 3 years ago and the sales team at that time were nothing short of amazing! We all know the true test is after the "sale". I have complete faith and confidence in the service team at Lockwood. Easy to book an appointment, the service manager and licensed tech have taken the time to explain any issues or made suggestions to me pertaining to the care/maintenance of my vehicle and they've treated me with kindness and respect. There are 3 other Kia dealerships that are much closer to my residence, but this kind of customer care can only be found in Oakville at Lockwood Kia. Well done! More
