Great experience We had been interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle. We visited BMW, Mercedes, jaguar, and Lexus. Although we had never purchased a luxury vehicle before we were made comfortable immediately. From the moment we arrived, the facilities were top notch and the service we received was great. Rob was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the vehicles he showed us. Above all, he wasn't pushy and made sure we had all of the info we needed to make our purchasing decision. He gave us a quote on the vehicle, we came back with a counter-offer which he excepted immediately. We now a proud owner of a 2018 RX350 and very pleased with the purchasing experience. We were given a total tutorial of the car in which we learned a lot. (cant remember the guy's name but he was very thorough and professional) Rob contacted us a week later to follow-up to see if we had any additional questions.
