Saving us time and energy without the awkwardness of bartering for the best price - which I really appreciated! We had wondered prior to purchase if a deal was even possible, do some financial challenges in our past. Well... it turned out that Stacie & Kylie (finance department) are not only extremely friendly and courteous, they are also amazingly creative problem solvers. Not only did they get our financing approved, they worked with us to setup a really sensible and affordable payment plan. At contract signing / car pickup, Joe (used car manager) went out of his way to ensure that my children created some memories at LOL as well... Allowing them to look around at their leisure, from the inside of a sweet Lexus convertible in the dealership. She got Rick Watson to help us. He treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. He answered all of our questions, was very patient and very knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle ...we sat in quite a few before deciding on one. We highly recommend Rick Watson for sales and Kylie Burridge for the financial aspect and would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated royally with excellent customer service and respect. She even changed her personal schedule in order to accommodate us. We purchased the car at a fair price and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The Finance Manager, Kylie Burridge was just as friendly and professional and was able to work out an extended warranty that fit our unique situation. She also ensured that the car was detailed and inspected from top to bottom. The car is fabulous and everyone thinks it is brand new.
