Sue Vincent looked after me promptly. After a short visual inspection and test drive we sat down and made a deal. Sue was very pleasant and made the experience a pleasurable one. A week after I got the car home I noticed a few scratches while washing the car. I contacted Sue and was told I could bring the car in at my convenience for some touch ups. Exceptional service! I’ve owned cars for 46 years. Initial Lexus cost was a little higher than my GM and Chrysler but over the life of the Lexus ES and RX products they are far cheaper to own. Looking to buy? 48,000 km Service I had a great experience, at the appointment. I was told the service would take 2 to 2.5 hrs and I was in at 1:00pm and finished by 3:30pm.
