Recall and Service Had a few recalls and service on my RX 350 to get done. When I arrived I was informed that one of the parts for one of the recalls wasn't available. Had a few recalls and service on my RX 350 to get done. When I arrived I was informed that one of the parts for one of the recalls wasn't available. I live 3hrs away so not to happy BUT the Service Manager was able to resolve the problem within minutes and all work was completed. Alway great service here they go above and beyond to do all they can for you. Thanks!! More
