Romeo is always quick to greet you, and is always up front with what my vehicle actually needs versus what can wait or is not necessary. I had an instance in January this year where my blower fan died, thus leaving me with no heat. Romeo was able to squeeze me in the next day, give me a loaner, and get everything repaired by the following week. Always a pleasure dealing with him! More
