I received excellent service from Kevin Gittens and Lexus of London. Kevin was a great sales agent. He was very knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles and made sure that I test drove different vehicles in orde of London. Kevin was a great sales agent. He was professional, friendly and never made me feel pressured throughout the entire process. I took my about 2 months to make my purchase and I am very happy with my new Lexus UX 250H that I purchased at Lexus of London. Upon pick, I was treated like a VIP and made to feel welcomed and valued. Kevin took his time in familiarizing me with all the features of my new vehicle.
