Karen was attentive to my request for auto service. She has always been friendly and she explained additional items that required completion. When the wait time needed to be extended for these she was able has always been friendly and she explained additional items that required completion. When the wait time needed to be extended for these she was able to get a loaner vehicle so I could get in with my day. When I picked up my car earlier than expected I found it cleaner than when I brought it in and I thought I had cleaned it pretty well beforehand.
