An excellent maintenance service experience. Shuttle service was convenient for me and driver was friendly. At the dealership, Adam Mann (shop foreman) patiently reviewed my list of needs prior to service and offered sound advice about oil grade (for Florida winter use) and tire pressure for a 350lb payload for 2000km. Additionally he approved a free windshield wiper refill on driver's side since previous cleaning didn't solve streaking issue. Until I drive the vehicle for some significant kilometers, I cannot rate the "Quality of Work" requested in the "Could You Say a Little More" checklist below. More
