Buyer beware! !! I was skeptical of buying another vehicle from this dealership after a previous bad experience, I should have stuck with my gut feeling! After fi !! After finding the truck I wanted i agreed to buy it if they changed the fixed running boards to power ones. The next day they called me and said it was ready to go. I went there after work and was told that it was just being detailed and we did the paper work as we waited. Once the paper work was done and my insurance was transferred and plates on truck I went to leave, I climbed into truck and realized that it was not the same truck and was missing several options than the truck I agreed to purchase. It was now after 7 at night, I was tired and frustrated and just wanted to get oit of there, I agreed to be reimbursed for the missing options and seeing how the money was already financed, rolled the difference over to an extended warranty. Not realizing that the truck did not even have trailer brake controller until I hooked up my trailer, they agreed to install one, but other issues such as the down graded sound system still has me thinking that dealing with this dealership is a risky business. My truck has been back at the dealership and Tag (trotman auto group)auto body, who also owns s Langley Chrysler, for over 3 of the 6 months I've owned it, has been given back to me multiple times and within a day or 2 has had to go back because repairs were not completed and truck is unsafe to drive. On one occasion I left dealership and drove truck 5 min to work and coolant drained all over parking lot because technician had left drain on radiator open. Had truck towed back to them and they wrote on paper work that they suspected air in system and pressure release opening, I climbed under truck and closed drain myself!!! This tells me that the are willing to lie and not accept responsibility for their mistakes. I bought a truck because I need a truck and again the truck is back with them for repairs they did not fix the last 4 or 5 timess they have had it and I am driving a Hornet, after expressing how Important it is that i have a truck. Anyway, all I can say is that, to me, Langley Chrysler has been a very disappointing experience, and if I could, I would still buy my Dodge truck, but would never trust Langley Chrysler with my purchase again. More

Don't bother going here - pick another dealer; they a poor reputation on fixing anyhting. I spend 3 visits and $7,000 later to fix the same problem; they only guaranteed the parts and not the labor, so o poor reputation on fixing anyhting. I don't think there has ever been a bill less $1,000 to fix anything here. Moving on to another dealer, after realizing poor service and customer sales. More
Big Shout Out to Langley Chrysler for having the worst service department ever! Should have known from the beginning * forgot to gas up our SUV when we bought it * told me my oil change was done when rea service department ever! I am now paying for a pretty piece of metal to be sitting in my driveway!!! More

A salesman sent me a Text as my Pacifica was in for service, it said I would get 0 financing and 2000 Visa card if a traded in my van. The service department employee was very good at dealing with my vehicle issues and with the warranty company. The thing is when I got home and opened the hood of my car the mess that the engine compartment with my vehicle issues and with the warranty company. I can't tell if the issues are taken care of or if they are still leaking. When I was asked if I wanted them to clean up the engine compartment before I picked up the car I assumed they wanted to charge me extra on top of the $3,000.00 it had already cost for the repairs so I said I would clean it myself. The thing is I expected it to look as it did when I took it into service. I have had issues before with my wife's Jeep being returned to us with garbage left in it and gages not set back to where they were when it was brought in. Also when I first took my car in for service during the height of COVID-19 when it was returned to me I found a covid mask on my passenger side floor. I mentioned it to the service department but they didn't care. I'm disappointed about this ongoing situation with getting my vehicles back in this condition. I don't like to complain but folks you charge a lot of money for repairs the least you could do is return the vehicles in the condition that you received them after working on them. That's not customer service it is more like you don't care about the customer's vehicle or property. I know this will fall on deft ears and it is my choice to go elsewhere for service, but I believe in keeping your dollars close to home and supporting local companies but these same companies should consider how much disappointment people should have to put up with before they are forced to go elsewhere. I have taken my vehicle to Langley Chrysler a few times and all the times have had a bad customer experience, especially by Angela @ Langley Chrysler Brought in my 2017 Ram with backup camera not working and all the times have had a bad customer experience, especially by Angela @ Langley Chrysler Brought in my 2017 Ram with backup camera not working well. Backup camera has been replaced by Langley Chrysler for the past 3 years - had photos to prove the backup camera was not working - Angela advised unless they see it for themselves they are not able to fix the issue. The diagnosis says there is nothing wrong with the backup camera. She advised for them to keep my vehicle for someone to drive it home and back to work for a few days on my gas to see if the backup camera works. Asked will you provide me with a loaner - advised "oh no we don't have loaners for the next 2 months" Left unsatisfied. Called Richmond Chrysler where I bought my vehicle - spoke to a customer service rep - explained the above. she advised to leave it with her and she would call me back - same day got a call back - had a loaner vehicle ready for me for the next day and advised the service dept will review the issue. At this point 2 days after I spoke with Angela, the back up camera was not working at all. Richmond Chrysler took my vehicle advised it wasn't the camera but the wiring harness which Angela advised would be a big job to fix. Richmond Chrysler fixed the issue the same day and was advised there was no rush to bring back the loaner till have the long weekend. Richmond Chrysler provided the BEST customer service and I WILL NOT be bringing my vehicle back to Langley Chrysler ever. SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY POOR More
