In 1971, the Trotman family opened our flagship store, Langley Chrysler. Today, over 40 years later, Langley Chrysler remains family-owned-and-operated as a member of the Trotman Auto Group. GREAT Service and SOOOO Much Fun! Have to say our experience was by far the best experience we have ever had a car dealership! Ryan was our sales person and he was excellent! No bartering back and forth, we told him our budget and he made it work! My husband LOVES his new Dodge Ram and I had a blast whipping sponge balls at the Sales Manager! I bet he will never say anything about girls not being able to throw again! LOL Thanks again for the great service Ryan and we will definitely be telling everyone about you and Langley Chrysler! PS... I told you I would get my new Keurig Coffee Maker before I left! More

awesome wrangler Went in for an oil change on my truck and started looking at jeeps while i was there. i was unhappy with my truck i made the foolish mistake of buying Went in for an oil change on my truck and started looking at jeeps while i was there. i was unhappy with my truck i made the foolish mistake of buying a 4x2 truck out of impulse and regretted the truck very quickly. i showed up for my service and started looking at jeeps knowing i wanted one in the near future and tried getting rid of my truck for a jeep before but didnt have any success. Ryan and Leanne made my experience getting into a new jeep comfortable and possible. very friendly and positive staff that helped me get into my dream vehicle and did whatever it took to work. very happy with my new jeep and its all thanks to Ryan and Leanne. thanks guys and i will send anyone i know looking for a vehicle to you guys first More

We " LOVE " Our New Jeep We were extremely pleased with the Langley Chrysler dealership ... And the way business was conducted for our new Jeep. It was over the top We were extremely pleased with the Langley Chrysler dealership ... And the way business was conducted for our new Jeep. It was over the top satisfaction !!! Steve , sales mgmt ; Bailey , the finance gal ; and last but not least at all our very fine saleman , Rob Bogdanich. These three people treated us like royalty ; it was the greatest car dealership experience that we ever had in our lifetime !!! All these people , are very good at what they do. And a true blessing for Langley Chrysler to have such " over the top " staff like these 3 in your employ. We very impressed with our fantastic saleman , Rob who bent over backwards and over the top all day long for us. The percentage that Rob ensured for us on the business of purchase and explanation of our new Jeep ; at least 110% , more than satisfied !!! From the moment , we entered the front doors of the showroom ; until the moment we drove away. It was the " bestest " and most fun and pleasurable time ; than we ever could possibly imagine !!! A saleman like Rob Bogdanich exemplifies what customer service really is all about. There wasn't anything he wasn't willing to do. And he did lots ; that we didn't expect. And the unexpected things were all positive. A big player in the automotive sales and service industry such as your dealership - Langley Chrysler. Definitely would prosper even greater with more sales staff equvilent to the stature of Robert. We just can't say enough good things about him - but everything we do is true. In closing , I would just care to share with you and the company ; Langley Chrysler. Saturday , January 31 2015 was definitely one of the best days of our entire life. Thanks a bunch to Rob , Bailey , Steve !!! It was a day , we will never forget ever !!! And should we ever purchase another vehicle of any calibre again. A memorable first new car buying experience! We arrived at the Langley Chrysler dealership wanting to see a particular 2014 30th Anniversary Chrysler T&C vehicle we had seen online basically just We arrived at the Langley Chrysler dealership wanting to see a particular 2014 30th Anniversary Chrysler T&C vehicle we had seen online basically just to weigh up if it offered anything over the 2015 Dodge Caravan Crew Plus model. Luckily Steven came to the information counter just as we were asking if someone could help us out. The extra features available in the vehicle on top of the superior quality of the Town and Country model as well as Steven's willingness to accommodate our questions and requests (despite the miserable rainy weather!), made the decision to buy this car an easy and enjoyable one. The purchase process was explained out clearly to us and proceeded along very efficiently. The online sale price was honoured and even a problem with a flat battery was dealt with by the Service department without delay! Overall Steven and the team at Langley Chrysler made for a very memorable "first new car in Canada" buying experience. The kids were very surprised when we picked them up from school that afternoon - the T&C is quite the upgrade from the trusty old Caravan! More
