Great Experience! From the second I walked in, Steven was there to greet me. I was only expecting to get a tune up but Steven noticed my Avenger and offered an upgrade. No pressure was placed and he showed me multiple vehicles to ischoose from. The only thing that bothered me was the Sales Manager. I was disappointed that when he was making the deal with the sales person he let his comments be heard in the sales room. Critical of my limited income and how I was affording the purchase when we were negotiating the price. Then once the deal was made...he never came out to thank me or congratulate me on the purchase. I have purchased over the years many vehicles and the sales manager ALWAYS came to speak with me...then when he was on the way out of the dealership and I was sitting in the vehicle he merely passed by...then said congratulations while in mid stream walking away...didnt take the time to speak to me or shake my hand or really...acknowledge me. I was very unhappy with his approach. Actually it still bothers me today. The only thing that would bring me back is the Sales Person i dealt with. Just as a side note...I have owned a Dodge Caravan and a Dodge Durango both bought new...but not sure if I would go with them again. More

Following day I met with Kevin who had given me the above information by phone, and we quickly took the car for a test drive, I made an offer and returned a couple of days later to follow up with a better offer, we came to an agreement on the selling price which I felt was most fair. Kevin showed me the workings of the car so the trip home was most enjoyable. Over all a most relaxed and comfortable sales experience and Kevin proved to be very helpful and willing sales person. Breaks things, rude staff First and formost the sales team is 100% great, but as soon as it goes to the service department it becomes a nightmare. - NO communication between First and formost the sales team is 100% great, but as soon as it goes to the service department it becomes a nightmare. - NO communication between staff - I received 5 calls from 5 different people wondering why my 2015 Jeep was there. All this for my soft top being unscrewed and put in the back seat... While my jeep was there they looked at my stereo as it was turning off and off randomly. They found nothing, but when I got my jeep back I noticed the service guy dug a screw driver into my dash, also bend the plastic surrounding my stereo...... I spoke to them about 10 times and again over 4 people because they did not want to fix something that they broke (my car has 1000 KMS on it) In the end it has been replaced BUT I had to forcefully push them to & get my sales person involved & service management. I would not take my car back to them ever again!!!!!! Buyer beware great sales, but don't take it here for service!!!!!!! More

This was the 5th vehicle I've purchased at Langley Chrysler in the last 6 years, and its their consistently high standard of Customer Service that keeps me coming back. My salesman Tommy Booth always listens to what I tell him it is I'm looking for and then strives to get me into a vehicle that is an exact match or as close as is possible. Everybody right from the top down treat you with the utmost professionalism and consideration. If there is an issue, they do what they have to do to make it right and keep the customer happy. I recommend Langley Chrysler any chance I get to and anybody I've sent in has had the same experience I've had. The team in the service department are top notch as well. Always a pleasant experience!
