The sales person we had arranged to meet had gone home early that day... and after a few delays We went in there and at first we were disappointed... The sales person we had arranged to meet had gone home early that day... and after a few delays we were fortunate that Rich Forman was able to pick up his slack and save the day... After a bit of a search around the lot we weren't able to find something that clicked with me (was looking for an SUV)... so he took us back to his computer where we started looking and there I found my dream vehicle (not an SUV but a CAR)... and it was on the lot... I took it for a test drive and was sold. Trade in, insurance transfer, and all that pesky paper work went through as easy as could be... It was Amazing how easy Langley Chrysler made it for us... I would 100% Recommend going to Langley Chrysler!!! More

I agreed to purchase the vehicle but I had items I wanted added, during my holidays that week Steve had every item addressed and installed for me without issues, Langley Chrysler through a few of those items and installations in for free or discounted. Their finance and insurance departments seemed quick and professional. Overall a good experience for a vehicle purchase. More

We received great personal service from Kevin O'Keefe that day and sat down to make an initial proposal and placed a hold on the vehicle chosen. We continued for the rest of the week looking at other cars and other dealerships but came back several times to negotiate a bit more and deal with a side issue that had been broached. Always when we walked through the door Kevin would spot us and come right over to be at our service, always able to answer any questions we had and keep us apprised of any updates., etc. When, a week later, a final deal was offered and accepted, he was there to negotiate us through each step in finalising the purchase, including the financing and insuring. All in all it made for an enjoyable experience that truly maximised our car buying experience. More
