Outstanding Customer Service While searching for a vehicle for our daughter we met Bill Jones, sales consultant at Langley Chrysler. Bill was a no pressure sales professional, very attentive to our wish list. Although he did not have the vehicle we required in his inventory, he searched until he found the one that would best meet our needs. From start to finish Bill was very professional, he contacted us only when he found a vehicle we would be interested in. As with many of us in todays hustle and bustle, time is very limited, we literally arrived on the lot to view the vehicle Bill had found and the next day the paperwork, final vehicle detailing and delivery was complete. The process of purchasing our vehicle was seamless. The entire staff was very pleasant but Bill Jones was top notch. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle visit Langley Chrysler for a positive and rewarding experience. The staff definitely appear to enjoy their work environment which is contagious to customers who walk through their doors. Make clear work you want done!! Bought our truck here, we love the truck! Service department not so much!!Why is there a row of teller like service advisors? You pay enough per hour! Brought our 2014 truck for an oil change and fuel filters replaced and 59.95 peace of mind check .Expected a bill around 400 got a bill for just over 1000 bucks.I asked to speak to manager got assistant manager who took off 180 bucks,still not enough as far as I'm concerned I didn't ask them to do anything else!! Also on this bill and one before it said def fluid filled which it wasn't ,as I left almost empty for them to fill.Also first oil and fuel filter change we brought it in for truck reeked of diesel inside,when I got home there was diesel sprayed alover the side of the truck,had to go back! Fuel filter wasn't in right!I get a different answer every time as to how often oil is to be changed.I can't afford to go here,you never know what the hell your bill will be.We were leaving for Canadian Arabian nationals with are truck and trailer minus 700 bucks spending money!Not Happy Langley Chrysler!!! Check your bills. More

I unfortunately bought a Dodge pickup from another dealer ( (In Chilliwack) and was totally unhappy with the vehicle and everything about the dealership, unhappy enough that I bought a Ford truck. I recently went back to my friends at Langley Chrysler and was completely satisfied with all aspects of my Jeep buying experience. Again Baeli was my contact for getting all the paperwork done and she did an outstanding job. I would and have recommended many of my friends to go buy at Langley Chrysler. They are good people doing a great job. More

Purchased A Used 2012 Chrysler 300c I found a 2012 Chrysler 300c Luxury Series for sale posted on the Langley Chrysler Website and decided to go in to the dealership for a closer look. A I found a 2012 Chrysler 300c Luxury Series for sale posted on the Langley Chrysler Website and decided to go in to the dealership for a closer look. As soon as I arrived I noticed how busy it was being a two day weekend sale I was unaware of, BUT one Salesman (Tony Gamesaee) came over through the crowd and treated me like a friend even though I am younger and probably didn't appear to be serious about buying a car. Tony talked me through all the features of the car and how all the different payment options work, and even let me take the car for a test drive. I had a great experience at Langley Chrysler with the salesman, finance staff, and the environment including fresh popped popcorn and complimentary drinks/coffee. Even returned for a free car wash and vacuum at a later date More
