No pressure and very courteous We visited Langley Chrysler January 4/2016 to look at a slightly used 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 ,we had no intention on buying at this time. Mani Arora met us and asked if we needed any help. I told him that I found this 2015 Ram Sport on line and asked if we could see it, he said he would find this truck and to have a seat he asked us if we would like a coffee and hot chocolate which we accepted. He brought the truck to the show room and invited us to take it for a drive also said that if we wanted he would get a trade in value for our old truck so we could decide if this was right for us. After our test drive he introduced us to Samir Thakur who negotiated a price for us again very professional and no pressure we agreed on a price trade and bought the new truck. Samir took care of all our needs making sure that we got all our belongings out of our old truck and directed us to finance and insurance women who also took care of our finance and ICBC. Samir also made sure we left the lot safely with a smile and goodbye. More

My first experience buying a vehicle online! I did a search online for the vehicle I wanted and found out the vehicle was 1,000km away ??I had to figure out a way to deal with a dealership consid I did a search online for the vehicle I wanted and found out the vehicle was 1,000km away ??I had to figure out a way to deal with a dealership considering the distance from my base (Calgary, AB). So, I decided to call Langley Chrysler, and was directed to work with Simon. Lots of phone calls and document exchange by phone and email. I knew the only reason for me to drive 1,000km away was to actually purchase the vehicle. I sure would not consider a do over in this case. So, 1 week after bargaining from the comfort of my living room ?, Simon and I agreed to the final price and bam!. I took delivery of my car today! Great Experience Went looking at different Dealerships for a specific used truck ( Ram 1500 Diesel) to purchase. Once I had the information, I said " I am going to think about it tonight , on which suits me best and speak with you tomorrow" He never put up a fuss about getting a deal done that day" other dealerships were quite the opposite. That sold me on dealing with Langley Chrysler. Next day I went in to purchased the one I wanted, speaking with Sam and then Anthony. The negotiations on price with Anthony went extremely well with no emotional tactics used, just business points of views. We settled on a price, that made me feel was a fair price. I was then transferred to Janine for the payment options I could do, not ever pushing one or the other. All the people I dealt with made the buying experience of a vehicle enjoyable.
