Top class service. I went to Langley Chrysler after a friend bought his truck there. On our arrival we were met by Steve Gorrill in the entryway parking lot. His demeanour quickly made me feel at ease with him and I knew I could work with him. I ended up buying a vehicle from Steve and he made sure that the extras were taken care of and the vehicle ready for pick up when I arrived. We have been back for follow up service to Langley Chrysler and dealt with the service rep, Gloria. Between her and Steve nothing was a bother or too much to ask for. Our entire experience with the dealership, Steve and Gloria, was above and beyond my expectation. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending friends and family go to Langley Chrysler. We were not at happy with our previous truck which we had purchased brand new from them a year and a half ago but all is good now. He handled a very upset lady extremely well. LOL. All of the many visits to the service department over the last year and a half have always been very good. They were all always very pleasant and tried hard to help rectify all the problems. We will go back again and are contented customers. More

Leaking Roof I had my Truck in this dealership twice for a water leak . They couldn't find any leak and they told me to book it back in for the third time so they I had my Truck in this dealership twice for a water leak . They couldn't find any leak and they told me to book it back in for the third time so they could take out the headliner and try to find the leak . I knew right from the minute that I walked in to this dealership it was not going to be good . The service writer made me fill out all the forms while he sat there and did nothing and when I returned to get my truck they couldn't find my keys as three other service people just sat there and did nothing to HELP . I have had my truck fixed at another dealership which found two leaks within the first two hours of the truck being in their shop. I would never go back to Langley Chrysler for any kind of service More

I had something specific and custom in mind, and I managed to make contact with Simon Hardman. He was very helpful and equally not pushy from the get go. They sorted out a great price straight away even before I'd seen the vehicle. Apon arrival in Canada I visited them, and Simon was just as helpful yet unpushy in person. Very realistic down to earth and in tune with the customer. It felt more like a private sale than a dealer sale. The finance team were equally helpful and accommodating. Jennifer made me feel trusted and like I was dealing with real people, not a slick operation setup to separate me from my money. Bottom line was that the price they sorted out even before negotiation was amazing and I never felt a need to haggle. I'm always happy to pay a fair price, and I was amazed at how fair they were.
