In 1971, the Trotman family opened our flagship store, Langley Chrysler. Today, over 40 years later, Langley Chrysler remains family-owned-and-operated as a member of the Trotman Auto Group. damaged my car refused to fix My vehicle was damaged while there for service. The damage inspection means nothing because you sign a fine print waiver when you drop it off for serv My vehicle was damaged while there for service. The damage inspection means nothing because you sign a fine print waiver when you drop it off for service agreeing they cannot be held responsible and they hold firm to that. It's a very busy lot so I suggest if you need service go somewhere else and maybe the risk of damage can be mitigated a bit. The service manager Darren is very rude very cocky and completely willing to look you in the face and tell you "too bad" without flinching. Worst experience at a Chrysler/Dodge dealership in western canada hands down. I even met with the fixed operations manager for the group who said I am on my own for the repairs to my vehicle but they will cover costs for a rental that they should have been covering anyway due to their poor communication but thats another story. Long story short I was without my truck for 5 days when i really needed it, still not fixed (parts are on order), and it's damaged really badly. Read the fine print people! you are going to pay for anything that happens while they have it. Very shady business practise but hey some big wigs gotta make his 6 figure salary each year regardless of how smashed your bumper is More

A bumpy start but very pleased in the end I recently bought a new truck from Langley Chrysler and unfortunately had a few issues with it. There was initially a few miscommunications about gett I recently bought a new truck from Langley Chrysler and unfortunately had a few issues with it. There was initially a few miscommunications about getting them dealt with in the service department but I'd like to say a big thank you to Darren Clifton and Josh Macleod for going above and beyond and getting all the issues taken care of. The sales department was great as well, this is the second vehicle my family has bought from Mani Arora in the past 2 years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I got a fair price for my trade, a good price on the new truck and the whole process was quick and painless. More

Not your typical dealership .. Awesome Customer Service! We were looking for a used EcoDiesel, but were not looking forward to the buying process. We had visited a couple of other Chrysler dealerships alrea We were looking for a used EcoDiesel, but were not looking forward to the buying process. We had visited a couple of other Chrysler dealerships already and had not found anything that we liked. A friend recommended Langley Chrysler, said they had good deals and were a good dealership to deal with. We were not disappointed. Simon listened to what we were looking for and worked within our budget to find our truck. Anthony made the sales process low stress and efficient. We noticed an issue with one of the side rails and it was taken care of by Anthony and Simon. A truly exceptional dealership! When our son is ready to look for his first car in a couple of years, we will be coming back to Langley Chrysler! More
