Oil Change and Winter Tire Installation I made an appointment 10 days in advance for an oil change and get winter tires installed (Stored by the delaership) since I was coming from out of to I made an appointment 10 days in advance for an oil change and get winter tires installed (Stored by the delaership) since I was coming from out of town. I informed Dan so he would be aware of this and that I would be waiting for my car. When I arrived for my appointment, Dan informed me that they could do the oil change but would not be able to installed the tires since they are still on the other side of town.. He was very apologatic. I reminded the information I had given him when I made the appointment.He said leave it with me for a few minute, He would see what he could do. A little ehile later he came back to me and told me his plan. He would provide me a loaner so I would not have to wait and that he would get the oil change done and installed the winter tires later that day or early the next morning. He called me later in the day and told me that he had the work completed and the dealership is open until 9:00 pm so that if I wanted I could come until then to get my truck. Althought there was a problem, Dan showed that customer are number one. He found a way to address the issues and meet my needs. I was very happy and impress with what he did. Great experience, friendly and very knowlegable staff. Quick service as advised by James Lpgozar, my service adviser. The technicians found a few additonal maintenance items that needed to be completed, so Quick service as advised by James Lpgozar, my service adviser. The technicians found a few additonal maintenance items that needed to be completed, so at 0900 while I was waiting in the showroom, James suggested that I take a service loaner vehicle as the extra repairs would require more time to complete as I had a luncheon meeting at 1130 that I did not want to miss. I took the service loaner and completed all of my tasks and returned at 1500 to pick up my 2012 Chevy Cruze. James very diligently went over all of the services completed and I was very satisfied with the explanation and went on my way. Thanks very much, Gary Hains More
