The best thing is that they went and changed our registration from old car to new car we did not have to stand in line, we completed paper work while our salesman took care of the registration. Initially I was extremely nervous but honestly after meeting Michael Kwong, who helped me with the entire process, the nerves went out the window. I literally don’t know anything about cars and have never paid attention to them so having Michael’s support was crucial and much appreciated. I’ve been to dealerships before with my family, and it always seemed like the sales reps wouldn’t put as much effort if they knew you were there to inquire about a car and not actually make a purchase, and let me tell you, I asked A LOT of questions before making a decision. I was worried I'd walk in and meet an aggressive and impatient sales rep just pushing me to make a purchase so I gotta give Michael credit for being really patient with me. Of course I made a purchase and I didn’t even think twice! Michael thoroughly went through all the options with me and helped me choose the vehicle that would best suit my needs. I also met Michael’s manager I believe, Archie who was just as friendly and helpful. I seriously can’t wait till my boyfriend moves to Edmonton and sees the great purchase that I made all by myself!!
