I asked for a Transformer - and got one! (Sort of) I came in looking to test drive the Silverado to compare it to the Ram and F-150. Josh was the first sales person to ask what I wanted in a truck. I told him what I wanted didn't exist and I wanted a transformer, some thing small for city driving but powerful enough that could pull a small 2 horse trailer. He presented me with the 2015 Colorado. It is absolutely perfect for my needs. Josh was very friendly and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. I spent a lot of time with Josh and Dan talking about the capabilities of the truck and it felt more like friends having a discussion rather than a sales pitch. I have been to dealerships where they corner you in a room with 3 other people and try to pressure you into buying. This dealership is not like that at all. In Financing Manita was friendly and warm. She even handled my insurance and Josh registered my vehicle. I haven't bought a new vehicle in 13 years and I remember that being a headache. I sold my other car before I took possession of the Colorado so Josh picked me up from work with my new truck so I could finish the financing. The wrong Tonnue cover came on it the first time and when the correct cover came in Josh picked up my truck from work so it could be installed and dropped it off for me so I wouldn't be inconvenienced on a day off. I'm very glad I stopped in to Lakewood Chev, I found the small, powerful truck I wanted that I thought didn't exist, and the people were great to deal with. Even one of the other sales guys paged Josh when I pulled up the second time to view the truck, so I wouldn't have to wait. They seem to have a great team. Thanks guys! I love the truck, I feel so much safer in it on the highway. More
