There was no pressure to change my mind or to add in extra things I didnt want. He presented me with facts and allowed me to make my own selection. Lucky was also very patient with me, showing me several different options before I made my final decision. Ultimately, he ended up finding me my perfect truck. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it, and that's not something that happens by chance. Dan Bass was there every step of the way too, making sure everything went smoothly. He'd check in from time to time and was genuinely interested in my feedback. And of course I can't forget the guys in the back. Great Dealership/Team Brought my 2013 Silverado in for ONSTAR upgrade and new windshield. While I was there I checking out the new 2016 Silverado. Al Bains approached me Brought my 2013 Silverado in for ONSTAR upgrade and new windshield. While I was there I checking out the new 2016 Silverado. Al Bains approached me and we discussed my options on trading in my 2013 for a newer Silverado. Al took the time to work with me and I ended up trading in my 2013 to purchase a 2015 Silverado High Country which was a certified pre-owned vehicle. Al was a pleasure to deal with.
