Jim Bell is a TOTAL STANDOUT at Lakewood Chev. Second vehicle that I've leased from Lakewood in the last 18 months. Had the pleasure of dealing with Jim Bell both times. Jim is, overwhelmingly, th Second vehicle that I've leased from Lakewood in the last 18 months. Had the pleasure of dealing with Jim Bell both times. Jim is, overwhelmingly, the reason that I returned to Lakewood! I run a number of businesses in the service industry. Jim, totally, gets the concept of customer service! Essentially, did the deal over the phone (which, given my time constraints, is the way I like to do it). Absolutely, no surprises at the dealership. What Jim said was going to happen, happened - No surprises! If you are in the market for a Chev product I would highly recommend Jim Bell at Lakewood!! Only piece of constructive criticism would be finalizing the deal through the business office was a bit painful. People were nice, however it took 2 1/2 hours at the business office to finalize!! .... There must be an easier way. Garnett Workun More
