Service repair for engine light on. Last week during the cold snap in Edmonton and surrounding areas my engine light came on and vehicle started sputtering on my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado Last week during the cold snap in Edmonton and surrounding areas my engine light came on and vehicle started sputtering on my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. Limped the vehicle into Lakewood and was told I could leave it there for diagnostic check to find out what the problem was but there was a possibility that it would not be repaired that day due to the weather and how busy they were. I called back in the pm and spoke with Erika Hygard and was told that my vehicle had not been looked at yet but she would send Enterprise over to my place of employment with a rental vehicle. Unfortunately due to the weather there were no rentals available in my town so she called Enterprise and had them search for over an hour of a rental that could be available for me. She then sent Doug the shuttle driver for Lakewood to pick me up in Leduc and take me to Edmonton so that I could pick up the rental. Doug pulled up to the agency and would not leave until I had the rental confirmed. My vehicle was repaired by Monday. I would like to thank Erika for going above and beyond and making a stressful situation turn out to be uneventful and stress free!! More
