Great Service I have only been to your dealership twice. The first time was to buy a part for my car. The second time was to get an oil change done. Even though I did not have an appointment, James was able to get my car in for the service and it only took the people about 1/2 hour to do the job. The first person whom I asked about getting the oil change done that day said they were all booked up. They maybe would be able to get it done late in the day. So glad I spoke with James. He was very helpful. I will be back again to get a few other things taken care of over the summer. Thank you for the great service! More

Purchase of New Chevy Colorado We were in the market for a truck and approached Sean Simon via the Lakewood Chevy website for some help in regard to a Colorado. Sean was very helpfu We were in the market for a truck and approached Sean Simon via the Lakewood Chevy website for some help in regard to a Colorado. Sean was very helpful and provided a quote that included a discount as well as including all taxes and fees. We made an appointment for a test drive and decided to move ahead with a purchase. Sean was very transparent and helpful in identifying the truck that worked best for us and advised us on this selection as well as a few dealer accessories in a friendly and comfortable manner. We also were introduced to the manager on duty as well as a second manager also on duty that day. Once we had settled on our choice Sean priced this for us with his manager and we then were introduced to Manita the finance manager to complete the loan application. All was concluded the next day with approvals and one final visit with Manita to sign the deal. At this point I must make special mention that the financing process was helpful, informative, and was NOT another sales opportunity, which is very common in industry. Manita helped me out and didn't push any products to me other that making one simple suggestion. Heavenly experience. We then got introduced to the sales manager on duty that day and had a very nice chat. Meanwhile the truck was ready to drive away on one days' notice with accessories installed. Overall by far the most excellent experience I've had at a car dealership, and I've had many experiences over the years. Our final price matched our initial quote and we are very happy. More

She advised that she would check with parts & call me back with my options, which she did within about an hour. She advised that she could schedule our vehicle for Tuesday to complete the repair, which we did. I really appreciated that she treated this as an urgent matter & accommodated my repair request. Upon completion, Erika informed me of the work performed & that the vehicle was ready. I find Erika is very customer oriented & very respectful. Thank you! (P.S. Best Experience I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze Hatchback at the beginning of May. Two weeks later I noticed Oil on my driveway. First thing Monday morning I pulled it in I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze Hatchback at the beginning of May. Two weeks later I noticed Oil on my driveway. First thing Monday morning I pulled it into the Service bay, where Erika greeted me with a smile. I told her that my car seems to be leaking oil and it smells like I am burning oil as well. I take the shuttle to work and received a call from Erika stating that the oil line to my turbo was in fact leaking, and that Warranty would cover it, as well as a rental. I was expecting to have the rental car for at least a week. Not the case. My car was ready for pick up the day. Hands down the BEST service I have ever had! Definitely a Happy customer!! More
