Service - 2015 Corvette Z06- Battery Issue I always use a battery tender when the Z06 is not being driven. I've used the vehicle everyday for the last couple weeks. Today I go out. Cannot ge I always use a battery tender when the Z06 is not being driven. I've used the vehicle everyday for the last couple weeks. Today I go out. Cannot get into car. (dead battery). Phoned Ericka at the Lakewood Chevy. She gave me the GM Roadside Assistance phone number. Flatdeck was called to haul the car to the dealership. When the guy got to my place, we boosted the car to see if it would start (it did). Phoned Erika - she said to bring the car down for a diagnostic check (this is about 1:30 in the afternoon). She told me that she couldn't promise the car would be looked at today, but it would be kept in the shop overnight if the work could not be done. Anyways, she phoned back by 4pm. Load diagnostics were done, and battery was replaced on warranty. FANTASTIC SERVICE ! Above and beyond what is expected from dealerships. Highly recommend talking to Erika - she is always pleasant to deal with. More
