We were apprehensive about driving all that way only to be disappointed but he seemed upfront and honest and assured me that it would not be a wasted trip. He was right. The car is in excellent condition for its age and although it was more than we really wanted to spend, we felt it was fair given its condition. Prash did not use any high pressure tactics and was outstanding to deal with from the moment I first spoke to him until the time we drove it off the lot. Ryan Leverette was my sales Representative and he was very helpful, positive and made the process easier than i can imagine. Needless to say he along with his staff got me into the F150 I've wanted and I'm very grateful I didn't give up after the experience with Richport.
