Once our must have and nice to have requirements were clear he showed us a few cars and allowed us to voice what we did or did not like. He not only took our feedback into consideration before showing us another vehicle but also made sure to address each question with patience and expert knowledge. Once we had a clear favourite We realized it was out of our initial budget, but both, Jag and Calvin were very helpful and frank with what room they did have to negotiate. My obvious choice was to come down to Key West Ford and shop around. Once I saw the 2017 Ford Escape in the showroom I was in love. My salesman Michael Nokes was friendly and funny and he babysat my 6 year old while I did all of my financing with Michelle (who is warm and caring and worked so hard for me). Most salesman wouldn't have taken the time Michel did. He played and colored with her. I was amazed with the customer service I received by Michael, Michelle, Kam, and Ivan. I can not stop raving about my new vehicle and service to all my friends and family....I will be back again and again! More

Confident they earned my trust! The last time I made my own car-buying decision was in 1984. I was nervous; I had done some research, knew what I was looking for (more or less). I didn't want to be pressured but I also recognized my inexperience with cars. Key West Ford has a 30-day/2000 km 1-time vehicle exchange policy so that was a huge factor in my decision to buy with them. Peter was friendly, efficient and thankfully, not pushy. I bought my pre-owned vehicle. And then I had some minor trouble (addressed well by the Service Dept.), and realized I bought something older (and less costly) than what I should have. So... I thought I would test them on their 'vehicle exchange program'. Delighted does not describe how easy it was! Peter was away and Ryan stepped in, and almost as quick as you can say "Happy Customer" I was set up with my newer (more expensive, but still a great deal) Escape. I am a satisfied customer, and have no hesitation recommending Key West and their team. More
