Three days ago I had leased a Brand new Lexus GS 350 AWD from Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota. My experience there was fantastic. Working with Michele Dury was a dream as she made my whole leasing experience fast from Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota. My experience there was fantastic. Working with Michele Dury was a dream as she made my whole leasing experience fast, easy and actually enjoyable. The honesty and integrity that Michele and the rest of the Ken Shaw Team showed was excellent and as sad as it is to say hard to find nowadays. If my experience through my lease is as good as what my pruchasing experience was then I will be getting my next car from Michele Dury at Ken Shaw in three years. I pre-arranged a lease buyout at Ken Shaw. When I arrived at the dealership, none of the paperwork was ready and I had a 2.5 hour wait. The sales rep, Anthony GRELLETTE, was very impersonal and bordered on at the dealership, none of the paperwork was ready and I had a 2.5 hour wait. The sales rep, Anthony GRELLETTE, was very impersonal and bordered on being rude....He didn't offer any apologies for the wait or even a cup of coffee. I felt like an imposition. I will never deal with Ken Shaw again and will return to either Heffner Lexus or North west Lexus. More

This service department doesn't care about car safety and blames me, the customer, to not tell them what to do when my car is in service. Here is what happened... I took my car in for service once a car at K blames me, the customer, to not tell them what to do when my car is in service. Here is what happened... I took my car in for service once a car at Ken Shaw and guess what, my rotors are broken now and they said that they never inspected my brakes during service because I never told them to. Well, if I have to tell them everything to do to make sure that my car is safe during service, then I will be doing their job! And I got yelled at when I gave them a bad service review on the phone! So, do yourself a favour, do go there! More
