After being to several dealerships and test driving several vehicles, we walked into Kelowna Chevrolet where we were greeted by Brent Frith. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and Brent made it a truly enjoyable experience. We test drove one vehicle that didn't pan out and, after a couple days, Brent contacted us with some suggestions for alternate vehicles. After test driving the vehicles suggested by Brent, we fell in love with the one that suited our needs best. Brent paid close attention to what we were looking for and made sure we were happy with our selection before we drove it off the lot. Brent Frith and Kelly Cherneski went above and beyond what we expected from a dealership and we will be dealing with them again when I am ready to upgrade my car. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service I had given the dealership a call this morning to inquire about some repairs for my car the person I talked to at the main desk was very friendly and I had given the dealership a call this morning to inquire about some repairs for my car the person I talked to at the main desk was very friendly and very helpful she transferred me to the service department where the person I talked to at about 9:30 AM on Wednesday morning November 23rd was very very rude I had called to just kind of tell her what was going on with my car and she said and I quote "I'll stop you right there our technicians (or something) are busy so they'll have to call you back" and when I said that I would try calling somewhere else she literally hung up on me this has got to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had when I was only trying to find a new place to take my car More

First time visit resulted in positive first impression! I liked the reception area being right by the front entrance doors. Within a few minutes, Bruce Striker, came and again we were greeted in a friendly manner. He was good at listening and knowledgeable in the product and promotions being offered. My husband had done a fair bit of research on the vehicle we were interested in. Bruce took us to look over the vehicle, pointing out the things my husband had told him were important in having with our next vehicle. We found Bruce easy to talk with and thorough. Everything at this dealership flowed smoothly - from the first step in the door to the final signing of the papers ...even the test drive was a smooth ride! Good repor between the co-workers and the various departments, along with professional attitudes. We were impressed! More

Performed a diagnoses that I paid $130.00 to find out my steering wheel position sensor apparently needed to be replaced. Had the part ordered only to find out the part DOES NOT EXIST IN MY VEHICLE. Problem is still not solved almost 3 weeks later as well as spending over 3 hours at the dealership between two separate appointments. Wasted time + wasted money = one unhappy customer. More
