This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased at this dealership, the previous 3 when it was Don Folk Chevrolet. I returned to this dealership because of the great service. Kuol was an excellent, kind, a dealership, the previous 3 when it was Don Folk Chevrolet. I returned to this dealership because of the great service. Kuol was an excellent, kind, and supportive sales person and I enjoyed working with him. My only complaint was that one tire was bald 3 months after purchase and I had to buy a new tire. Kuol was not able to resolve the issue because that tire was rated as minimally acceptable at the time of purchase. The new tire was expensive and it was unfair to have a big expense in only 3 months. More

keolwna chevy took the tires off the truck i bought without letting me know and replace with less quality tires. paper work was messed up and took over 3 month to get fixed. I had to go through chevy canada to get kelowna chevy to actually fix the paper work. I was constantly deceived and lied to about paper work and work that needed to be done to my truck. Everyone i talked with put the blame on other people. was told i was getting a FULL size winch bumper and kelowna chevy only put on a winch tray. I had to get the rain guards fixed because they were installed poorly. All in all..... if someone is going to buy a chevy.... go to the GM dealer in kelowna or go to a chevy dealer outside of kelowna chevrolet and DO NOT buy chevy parts and have them installed at kelowna chevrolet.... cheaper if you buy else where and better installed else where. Myself and family will NEVER deal at kelowna chevrolet ever again!!! More

Terrible communication; had to speak with at least 4 different customer service reps. They lost my car and called me to ask where it was. They had a different contact in their system for my vehicle. different customer service reps. They lost my car and called me to ask where it was. No apologies offered. Sent in 2 different feedback/surveys with a request to have customer service all me with no follow up. If it was not under warranty I would not bring it back. More
