When Sam saw us enter, he approached us and asked us what we were interested in looking at. We told him the Passat TDI. He took us out to look at that car. He was very good at going over all the different features on the 2014.He wanted to make sure that we understood everything about the car. as there were new features that we didn`t have on our 2003 Jetta TDI. After we purchased the scar Samhelped us set up our phones to the Bluetooth and spent 1 1/2 hrs going over everything just to make sure we fully understood how everything worked. Brian the manager was also very good with us. We felt he gave us a good deal on our trade-in and explained the different features on the warrenties and insurance. On my way out of town (winter travel on high mountain passes), noted my car was not running well. Dropped into dealership with no appointment.
