Attempted service call. Left 3 messages. No call back at all. Tire had been repaired at dealer. Leak detected a few weeks later. Called once, no call back. Had to call back t Left 3 messages. Called back because tire was now flat an wanted to come in with tire. No call back. Spoke to receptionist and asked her to personally give message to service manager. No call back. We will not be dealing with the dealer in the future. We will go elsewhere for our tire and other services such as oil changes, Unless it is something covered by warranty. Very disappointed. More

Excellent Service! Last Friday, while out doing errands in my Passat wagon, with my 2 kids in tow, it started to drizzle. So as any good driver would do, I turned on my Last Friday, while out doing errands in my Passat wagon, with my 2 kids in tow, it started to drizzle. So as any good driver would do, I turned on my wipers. Unfortunately they were no help to me and were just smearing the water and making a terrible noise. I was close by to Jim Pattison VW of Surrey so I pulled in to see if they could give them a look. I was greeted quickly & with a smile by Reg. Realizing that I had 2 kids strapped in the back seat of the car he quickly gave the wipers a once over and went the extra step the check the rear wiper as well. Turns out I just needed to replace all 3 of my wipers. I've switched my wipers out before so I said I would do it myself. Reg told me exactly what I needed, and kindly directed me to the parts dept. I got my wipers, switched them out and carried on my merry little way, all before my kids could start fussing! Thanks Reg! More

Life saver!!!! I was out and about doing daily errands, with my trusty 97 golf, when i noticed my right front tire was low on air and decided to stop in at the deale I was out and about doing daily errands, with my trusty 97 golf, when i noticed my right front tire was low on air and decided to stop in at the dealership to hopefully have the tire repaired. When I entered the building I was immediately greeted by Reg. I explained my situation and without any further questions he proceeded to drive my car to the back and had it looked at right away, life saver!!. I was also possibly thinking of upgrading and Reg was kind enough to advise me of my possible opitions and value of my vehicle wich I found to be extreemely helpfull. My car was retuned to me and was told there was nothing to be worried about it was simply low on air, they adjusted all my tire pressures. They simply just did an awesome job. More

Customer service excellence I have been driving the Volkswagen brand for almost fifteen years and love their cars. I can say that they are very reliable and well built cars. They do require proper maintenance to keep them at their peak performance and so to me it is important to find a dealership that does a great job and treats you as a very important person, especially being a woman. I first started using this dealership around 2006 when I moved to Surrey and have been going back regularly because of the great service I receive. I have been dealing with Reg Bains for as long as I can remember and being helped by long term employees are something I appreciate because after a while they treat you like family and to me it also reflects on the quality of the company because we all know it is hard to find great employees. Reg has always answered my questions very honestly and professionally, he is very approachable and professional. He is a great representative of this dealership and the Volkswagen brand. He is one of the reasons that I recommend this dealership to everyone I know that drives a VW.I have been in management and supervisory positions for almost 20 years and I do know good quality in customer service having given it myself. Fast forward to 2014 and I decided it was time for a Mk7 GTI. Kong and Tobias made me realize the years were VERY kind to this dealership.
