I called the dealership Easter morning and talked to Ferdie. On the phone, he came across as friendly and very knowledgeable. Within half an hour, we were chatting in his office and the car was ready to take for a spin. Ferdie had all the car documentation for me to review and was able to answer my questions regarding maintenance history, car performance, and specific model features. Together, we had a good inspection of the car, then he ended me the keys to test drive the Echo. Within a few minutes, I knew that this was the perfect car for my needs.
