Abe was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He went above and beyond our expectations. Abe took us for a long test drive and gave us a chance to really enjoy the car while telling us about all the features. This sealed the deal and we chose it over another car that was also quite nice. Abe's after sales service was also exceptional. He called to make sure that we were still enjoying the car and that there were no problems. Serge was also quite amazing and helped us to finalize all that paperwork. He was relaxed but very professional and this put us at ease while we figured out the "dollars and cents" part of things. Our overall experience in one word - superb! More
