I was surprised when he told me that I could have it that time, everything was so fast, smooth , clearing paper work to be done right away, the test drive and everything....until finally overwhelmed feeling that I couldn't believe that I have my brand new car... I said to myself that is the will of God! Thanking God for everything and for sir Ferdie Roxas he is a kind of person who will let you know that " You deserve to have a brand new or used car because that is your reward to yourself because of your hard work!" After my spouse had an excellent experience purchasing a new Prius from Abraham Lee at JP Toyota, I mentioned to her salesman Abe I was in the market After my spouse had an excellent experience purchasing a new Prius from Abraham Lee at JP Toyota, I mentioned to her salesman Abe I was in the market for a specific used vehicle with specific parameters with regard to model, mileage condition and price. Being a somewhat rare vehicle on the Island I was surprised how quickly I got a call from Abe advising they had something suitable. After I inspected the vehicle we negotiated a price that I thought was very fair and closed the deal. I then took the vehicle to the repair garage that I have dealt with for many years and asked for a very through inspection. To my relief, the vehicle passed with flying colours except for one fairly minor item. I went back to the dealer and asked Abe if he get get the issue taken care of in their shop. He made it happen. Abe took us for a long test drive and gave us a chance to really enjoy the car while telling us about all the features. This sealed the deal and we chose it over another car that was also quite nice. Abe's after sales service was also exceptional. He called to make sure that we were still enjoying the car and that there were no problems. Serge was also quite amazing and helped us to finalize all that paperwork. He was relaxed but very professional and this put us at ease while we figured out the "dollars and cents" part of things.
