Hello Gar, Thank you for your message. I must say your public response doesn’t quite reflect the reality of our interactions, as we both know the situation has not been resolved as stated. My vehicle stayed in your shop for a full week, and it actually took some guidance on my part to help your “experts” with over 20 years of experience identify the issue. It’s now been over a month, and I’m still waiting for my hubcaps. Despite having a Platinum Extended Warranty fully paid for, you still refuse to carry out the repair. Also, your Fixed Operations Manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional — raising his voice and gesturing wildly, more like a fishmonger than a manager. Nevertheless, I appreciate your suggestion to escalate the matter, and I will indeed contact Toyota Canada Customer Experience at 1-888-869-6828 to review this situation further.
