Most Pathetic Service Department The worst service experience I had with this dealership so far and the most disappointing aspect is that Service Manager himself didn't stand up to hi The worst service experience I had with this dealership so far and the most disappointing aspect is that Service Manager himself didn't stand up to his commitment and shown unprofessionalism and uncaring attitude. I recently took my Range Rover for service. They didn't have the loaner vehicle so I took the shuttle back home. I received a call from my service advisor at 4 pm that my car will be ready by 5:30 so he will arrange the shuttle accordingly. I had few issues with the car but he only advised me of two issues; one for which he had to place order for parts and second that the jack was busy so they didn't perform the alignment despite the car was left in the morning. The shuttle came late and we didn't reach the dealership until 5:40 pm. All of the service folks including my service advisor were gone except for one service advisor. I had to wait 10 minutes for my turn and when it finally came he couldn't find my paperwork or the key. He was so frustrated that he finally had to call my service advisor to find out where he left the paperwork. After he got off the phone he told me that it is still being washed and it will be done soon. I thought it will be done soon but the car wasn't ready until 6:35 pm. I had to take my son for an appointment at 6:30 pm which I had to delay since the car wasn't ready on time. Also, I was just given the key so when I asked for paperwork as I wanted to see the resolution for other issues I was told that there is no paperwork to be signed or given. In addition to all this my glove box was upside down like someone took everything out and then just threw it back in. I called the dealership next morning and asked to speak to Service Manager. I was connected with Baron Ellis, Service Manager. I explained the whole situation to him and he said that he will look into this matter personally and get back to me either later that afternoon or in the morning the next day. It was Thursday and I didn't receive a call from him that day so I thought that he will call me tomorrow as he promised. I didn't receive a call from him the next whole day as well. I decided to call him on Monday myself if he doesn't call me by the morning. When I didn't receive a call from him until Monday morning I called and asked for him. I was told that he is busy and will call me back. I didn't receive any call from him Monday. I again called him on Tuesday but again he was not available to receive my call. It is obvious that he is avoiding me on purpose. I usually don't like writing bad reviews until I am forced to write one which is the case now as I gave him many chances. What is the purpose of buying this luxury car when you don't even get a decent aftersales service. This will be my last Range Rover not because of the car itself but because of poor service as this is the second time this has happened. Perhaps I was better off with Lexus which has the BEST SERVICE in Calgary. More

Once changed they presented me with the $40 bill lol We recently returned to view another vehicle, we tried to make the deal but their numbers were nowhere near where we wanted to be. They offered next to nothing for our vehicle while remaining at the same price for theirs. We actually received $11,000 more than LR offered for our trade in at Toyota although LR did come back at a $15,000 drop on their end after the fact WOW!, in the meantime they lost our registration papers initially given which was another $22 replacement charge. We shall never deal with this business again. More

The most mismanaged dealership in the city Between the idiot GM and GSM this is the most mismanaged circus of a dealership I have ever encountered. The sales people were fine but any time you h Between the idiot GM and GSM this is the most mismanaged circus of a dealership I have ever encountered. The sales people were fine but any time you have to speak to someone in management it is like speaking to an illiterate three year old. Chris Bennett is a xxxxxx bag. He barely works and then walks in half way through deals and tries to make his mark, only making the client suffer. The GM is a no show,t with the GM before him (Patrick, who was FAR better than this xxxxxxx). Throughout the entire experience in buying a vehicle he was too much of a coward to confidently say anything, he hides behins his employees and tells them to deal with the fallout of his idiocy. He would have others call me to change terms, PHYSICALLY CHANGED THE BILL OF SALE AFTER I LEFT, and then told me what was written was what they are going on. The owner of this dealership would be very upset to know how his managers are picking and choosing the people they choose to work with. When I tried to get my deposit back I was hung up on by Marie in Finance and redirected to an idiot admin assistant who obviously had no authority to get anything done. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, you are better to go literally anywhere else and pay to have your vehicle shipped. This dealership was properly managed before the Jaguar and LandRover brand converged. Since then, Jaguar has made terrible decisions and have cost the dealership many sales. If you are looking for a Land Rover or Jaguar you are better off calling the Distinctive Collection in Calgary or literally any other dealer group that may take them in on trades. More
Too bad for a JLR dealership! You get better treatment at a Honda/Toyota dealership, out of 4 times I used them (twice for in-warranty service) 3 of them were not satisfactory. The You get better treatment at a Honda/Toyota dealership, out of 4 times I used them (twice for in-warranty service) 3 of them were not satisfactory. The reason to do a 4th year service instead of 3rd was explained as "I used to work for Bentley/Aston Martin dealership before this and those vehicle usually will be behind in mileage so we go by years" That's Mike for you! Workmanship hasn't been a problem coz they fix when you ask them to, though one expects them to be pro-active when you spent $120K. I never had to worry about issues in last 8 years experience with Land Rover dealerships, they inspected it, found it and fixed it. May its because I didn't buy my RRS from them but it shouldn't have mattered. These people are the reason by next won't be a RRS. More
Horrible Experience and a Horrible vehicle! We had a terrible experience working with Richard. He appeared knowledgeable and straight up lied. He convinced us to buy a more expensive version bec We had a terrible experience working with Richard. He appeared knowledgeable and straight up lied. He convinced us to buy a more expensive version because we would get it sooner, assuring us that "on rail" meant that it was in the yard, only to have to call the dealership myself to follow up and find out that it was still on the train coming to the yard. Richard turned it on me and told me "It's not an exact science" and that I should "just forget about it and move on", by the end of the call, I was in tears. It was the worst purchasing experience I ever had. Now that I have the vehicle, I hate it. It squeaks and creaks like it's 10 years old. We've already had to take it in for service 4 times, one of which they had it for over a week, just fixing the infotainment system, and we've only had the car 6 months. The dash, the tailgate, the doors, all have loud creaks. I'll never buy a Land Rover again, especially from this dealership! I'll really prefer they just take it back! More
Getting service?check to make sure your tires are YOUR tires I still can't believe what I'm about to write is actually a true story! I don't even know where to begin. The two guys I dealt with are Doug and R I still can't believe what I'm about to write is actually a true story! I don't even know where to begin. The two guys I dealt with are Doug and Richard. I am beyond frustrated and feel like I am being mistreated and taken advantage of after countless emails and phone calls that were ignored, that it took my husband to physically go into the dealership to speak to Richard face to face to get our issues looked at. I just recently purchased a second hand 2008 Range Rover Westminster with 136K mileage from the Land Rover dealership in Calgary, AB on April 25, 2016. The moment I drove the vehicle and took it home I have found numerous things already wrong with it. I really don't want to go on with the details as I could literally write a novel. But the majority of the issues (there were about 9 of them) have been fixed, but the most important issues like the TPMS still are outstanding to this day. I have taken my vehicle in for service 3 times the last month. Last week (June 2nd), we handed in our vehicle to get serviced due to missing tire pressure sensors. When I test drove this vehicle before I bought it back in the beginning of April 2016, there were NO warning indicators on the dashboard regarding the TPMS, but the day I drove the vehicle off the lot the warning indicators were flashing on. I went to the dealership the very next day on April 26, 2016 to get my tires looked at as I have 2 children, one a newborn that I drive around (by the way I received brand new Michelin all season tires when I purchased this vehicle) when one of the service guys looked at my vehicle, I was told the vehicle didn't have any tire pressure sensors. I was so shocked to hear that. So you mean to tell me when I test drove it back in April they were there but when I purchased it they are now missing?!? Fast forward to June 2, 2016 (the vehicle's 3rd visit to get serviced) I was told that they were going to install the tire pressure sensors. We got a message saying our vehicle was not done yet so the dealership had to keep it overnight. They had my vehicle for 2 days! My husband picked the vehicle up the next day and when he brought it home we had completely different tires (TOYO) that had NO TREAD and different rims! Remember I had brand new Michelin all season tires. I was completely disgusted that the dealership took my brand new tires and rims and didn't even consult with myself or my husband. When we called the dealership Richard told us that he gave us newer rims which were 2010 and that MOST customers would rather have newer rims than tires. Like seriously! The fact that he NEVER consulted us first and just assumed we wanted newer rims and USED tires is ABSURD!!! I feel like he was trying to fool us and hope that we wouldn't even notice. I couldn't even speak to him on the phone as I was so angry, so I got my husband to speak to him instead. He did say they would give us our tires back. It's Tuesday, June 7th and we were told that he can get us in for service again either tomorrow (June 8th) or Thursday (June 9th). I took my vehicle out on Deerfoot today (June 7th) for the first time since we got it "serviced" and got these used tires installed without our consent. The vehicle was starting to shake when I was approaching 100 km/hour, and this has NEVER happened before. Also the TPMS started flashing again!!! I am completely infuriated as I had my newborn baby in the back seat. I felt very afraid for my and my baby's safety that I called my husband to meet me to switch vehicles. My husband is taking the vehicle to the dealership tomorrow morning and hopefully this will get rectified soon as this has been ongoing for nearly 2 months. I hope they do as they say and give me back my new Michelin tires with tires sensors. My worse fear is that my tires are installed onto someone else's RR. I feel like I have to look underneath my hood every time I get my vehicle serviced now and make sure my engine or anything else wasn't switched without my knowledge. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before with any dealership and we have dealt with Acura, Lexus and Porsche presently and in the past. I regret ever buying this vehicle. Goes to show that if my husband and I ever purchased a brand new Range Rover in the future, things start to stop working after 8 years. For a vehicle that is over $100K to buy brand new I would hope I could use it for more than 8 years. I don't want anyone to ever experience this frustration I am going through, as this is making my life miserable when all I want is to enjoy this Range Rover. More
