Up until the point I entered the dealership I had several miserable experiences although Larry, Jordan, Umar and the rest of the team more than made up for that (including the service team who made a point of taking the time to discuss the service schedule with me - even though they were very busy and I won't be due in for months). A little clarity required on a couple of points and too much to go into detail here although suffice to say that the team (with Larry my point person) made sure that the issue (a minor one at that) was resolved and that I was kept happy on that issue and at all times. Over the moon with the service and would recommend the dealership and the vehicle in a heartbeat. Your loss BMW, Toyota (less expensive doesn't make up for inadequate customer service), Land Rover (yes they do sell themselves....just not to me), Mercedes, Lexus. Steve D More

When you enter in contact with the finance department or with vendors, they seem lost, they promise what cant be done.. Still got issues with this guys. Treat your costumers with pride on what you do and be helpful, otherwise just quit, remember bad reviews scare potential and even existing customers away. More

All nice people but you wonder how they can sell cars when not very efficient. I made it easy for them as I knew the car I wanted and they happened to have one in stock...I suggest going to another Chrysler dealer to compare the prices. The business manager (Umer) was smug but not pushy...overall not a bad experience until I got home and noticed I didn't get a spare tire. Could've done without the sales pitch on Chrysler caring about the environment. LOL. Too funny. More

I would have bought at other dealership but this particular model was not in stock there. They offered me a slightly better biweekly rate at other dealership, $5 less biweekly. Sue filled in the paperwork for me. She was extremely friendly, and efficient, very approachable. I would come to her again. Gabe Pinto was the business manager and I must say he is phenomenal!!!! He is welcoming, approachable, easy-going, funny and really knows what he is doing, very efficient as well. he made my experience all the better there, I really enjoyed meeting him, give him a raise!!!!! More
