Fantastic experience My fiancé was in the market for a new vehicle but we were on a budget. We had even found a cheaper sale price for the same car at another dealer which they honoured. When we went to meet Mohammed, I was pleasantly surprised that we didn't get bombarded by sales staff and we felt very welcome and comfortable. Less than 1 year ago I purchased a 2016 Hemi R I recently purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 with the Pentastar V6 from Rob Valeri at Islington Chrysler. Less than 1 year ago I purchased a 2016 Hemi Ram from Rob, but as my professional situation had changed, the thirsty Hemi was no longer feasible as a daily driver. Rob was happy to try and work with my tricky situation and try and find a solution that worked. He was extremely accomodating, took the time to ensure he exhausted all his resources, and did everything he could to ensure my needs were met. Rob is a stand up guy who doesn't try and fool you or upsell you with anything that doesn't accomodate your desires. He tells it to you how it is and does it with a consistently chipper attitude. He has created a lifetime Ram owner! I would not buy a vehicle from anyone but Rob. More

They were professional, kind, patient, attentive, personable and just a pleasure to do business with. Very knowledgable with the product they sell whereas some sales representatives that I've worked with from other dealerships in the past weren't quite confident about their product. Rod walked me through every little detail there was to know about the inside of my car and setting it all up , including my Bluetooth, before driving off. It made me feel so comfortable driving away in my new car! Mike is a fantastic manager and was so accommodating and made my car buying experience fun and exciting! Jay-jay in financing department was so kind and professional.
