If I could give this dealership no stars I would!! They are thieves and stole my $500 deposit. IDIOTS!!! ZEROOOOOO STARS!!! Our salesman (Mo) was fine to deal with but the infiniti South Edmonton sales managers are complete idiots and have zero business s ZEROOOOOO STARS!!! I went to purchase a vehicle from this dealer, they absolutely would not budge on the price, so I left. The vehicle was still available a couple days later so I phoned Mo our salesman and advised I would pay their full price but they would have to throw in a vehicle maintenance package they offered(basically a few oil changes which they retail for around $500). Mo said he would check with his sales manager and call me back. A few minutes later a sales manager called me back and said that he had spoken to their General Manager and were told to get full price for the vehicle and were not to throw in anything including my request for a few oil changes. So I hung up the phone. It's now over a week later and I saw the same vehicle I was prepared to pay full price full for, has now been dropped about $1000 by Infinite South Edmonton. These guys are absolute IDIOTS!!! More

Services to used car bought was non existent As other has set it, I bought a used car, experience was common to any dealer, they showed that services did their Infiniti inspection and such, well As other has set it, I bought a used car, experience was common to any dealer, they showed that services did their Infiniti inspection and such, well afterwards when I had time to look under the hood, there were a lot of things I didn't like, they took the car later to address them, but why the client has to start searching for the bad stuff for them to fix them. The coolant level was below the min, air filter completely clogged with oil and debris, battery connections full of build up, things that should has been seen, easy to deal with, add a bit more of fluid, brush the connection, change filter, easy fix that present a better picture of your service department., beside oil changes and simple services I haven't done much in that dealer before, but for the stories here, it seems they are not good at all as maintenance service provider. More

I do NOT recommend this dealer. I have had MULTIPLE problems with the QX56 I bought a year ago. For the most part they begrudgingly fixed many of the problems because I bought the worthless “bumper to problems with the QX56 I bought a year ago. For the most part they begrudgingly fixed many of the problems because I bought the worthless “bumper to bumper” (which is anything but) warranty i was sold by a slimy finance mgr, but got all the standard excuses along the way like others are reporting here! I held them to task for problems that existed long before I bought it from them (remote starters, air ride hoses, wiper motors, heated seats, A/C, and dual cats). There are fundamental problems throughout this dealership but The SERVICE dep’t is the major problem here in my opinion. used car salesmen are salesmen, what else can you expect ...but for a “high end” brand dealer these mechanics are incompetent first of all NOT CHECKING these vehicles over pre purchase, but worse yet after you buy! RIDICULOUS diagnostic and shop fees. My last visit was to fix a block heater cord that a different shop had “fixed” (but didn’t) so I figured the infinity brand shop should be better... NOPE! Just dumb and dumber! $200+later they had Just cut out a piece of cord and put the same “wall plug” back on that the first shop had put on which doesn’t fit into an extension cord... hmmm... what do they think I’m going to do... drive right up to a wall plug with my car? DUH! When I asked why they didn’t fix it with a different end they quoted me $850 ...for a block heater cord! I give up! Should really change their name to "Fly By Night". Please bare with the length of this review as the whole nightmare lasted more then 30 days. On August 16th bought a used 2007 mini cooper s, and was deliver bare with the length of this review as the whole nightmare lasted more then 30 days. On August 16th bought a used 2007 mini cooper s, and was delivered to us on August 23rd. We had agreed on $2000.00 worth of work I agreed I wanted fixed before delivery. They went to deliver car to us and as they were leaving the car lot discovered check engine light came on and wanted to fix before delivery and said it was coil packs and spark plugs. When car was delivered it had a check engine light on. My wife immediately informed them it had the light on and got a don't worry we will fix that for you. That same day an hour later the car would not start and smoke came out from under the hood. Steve our salesman was very commidating as I do feel sorry for all his efforts to have a manager put him in such a situation . The car was towed to another go auto in red deer and upon inspection they determined it had a blown motor. Three days later Infiniti said they were towing car back to their mechanic to have inspected. This time around they discovered it was a seized starter that wouldn't dis engage. Once again they took for a test drive and check engine light came on again. This time their amazing mechanic who I can't believe still has a job determined it was an intake manifold leak. 2 weeks later they phoned (cause it takes that long to change an intake manifold) us on Friday and said the car would be ready Saturday for pick up. We drive from red deer to pick the car up over 30 days had gone by. We show up at the car lot and salesman brings in sales manager. They told us car wasn't ready for pick up as rear wiper motor needed replacing. Now the work I mentioned I paid 2000 dollars for was suppose to include rear wiper motor. At this point we are well beyond not happy and told them give me the keys I'll take car home and call me when parts are in. Sales manager Josh tells us we don't want to sell you the car and want to get us into something else different. The car we just want to burn and are going to send to auction. In the end we ended up getting a car for 10,000 dollars more but one we fealt comfortable driving as wife was terrified to drive the mini cooper anyways. So what did they do for us ? Nothing would be the answer but sell us a more expensive car. A month has now gone by and upon being on a Facebook group notice a gentleman had bought a mini cooper from Infiniti Edmonton and was having issues with car only 24 hours after buying. The symptoms he was having was a mis fire and sputtering just like we experienced from day one. So not only was their mechanic unable to diagnose from day one but wasn't able to fix after 2 months. The gentleman that bought the car went back next day and asked information on the history of the car. They responded they don't have to share that information and said don't worry we will fix it. I'm sure they will and next their mechanic will determine the headlight bulb needed replaced. They are going to send this poor gentleman down the same song and dance as he has already recieved the same response of here's a loaner don't worry we will fix it. So do you still want to buy a used car from these guys?, I'd seriously think long and hard about that. If anyone wants more info please respond to review and I'd be more then willing to share my horrific story. But now that this review is complete, I really need to get ahold of heads at go auto cause I'm sure they would like to know what is happening at one of their shady dealerships. More
