Rodney was the salesman that we purchased the vehicle through was good to deal with. When we moved on to the finance dept it was a bit of another story. He started to try to sell us the 3 m coating ,unde through was good to deal with. When we moved on to the finance dept it was a bit of another story. He started to try to sell us the 3 m coating ,undercoating and glass protection. We said no at which time he started to discount things , we kept saying no but he did not seem to like the answer. Finally he said ok and said he would email the invoice which did not happen. When we went to pick the car up he then started to sell the extended warranty. We said we did not want this. Again he did not like the no answer. Then he picked up the glass protection and I told him we did not want any of the extras. He then started doing the invoice. The next thing he said was the dealership policy that we had to have a new plate. My wife having worked at a registry office said that when she was there we had 14 days to transfer the registration. He told us that the government had changed that and we had to have a new plate. So he sent Rodney to get the new plate. Which cost us $80 for a new plate instead of a transfer fee. He came back put the new plate on and went over the car with us. When we got home we had to go to AMA and get my wifes name on the registration So we asked them if this rule had changed, and she informed us that it had not we could have put our old plate on and left To pick the car up took over 3 hours which was not a great experience. Purchased a new Infiniti QX60 in October—my second QX60 because I loved my 2013 model. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing like the first. We’ve made one visit already and then had to make another appointment. Two days for the parts to come in was what we were told and weeks later no call back, Still no response, no callback, and no solution. For a luxury brand, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I gave Infiniti South the benefit of the doubt despite a less-than-stellar first impression during my purchase. Big mistake. I expected better from both the product and the dealership. At this point, Infiniti may no longer even be a consideration for me in the future. Do better, Infiniti. More
Their Premium Service is VERY poor. I have had my vehicle in to this dealership numerous times to help me fix an issue, and they turned me away claiming that they could not help me due I have had my vehicle in to this dealership numerous times to help me fix an issue, and they turned me away claiming that they could not help me due to ‘no code showing’. My husband went to the dealership in Leduc Alberta and they worked diligently to help us and they eventually found a possible solution in a bulletin that was put out in 2024 - stating that my problem was in fact a software issue! I brought the car back to the South Edmonton location and they miraculously admitted that they did not realize that this bulletin was issued and that software problem could be identified and solved. After 2 years of arguing with them that my car was slamming on the brakes due to a collision sensor malfunction - we finally had it resolved Thanks to the LEDUC NISSAN/infiniti DEALERSHIP. Zero help from the South Edmonton dealership. We also contacted Infiniti Canada AND Nissan Canada - and they couldn’t help either! Huge thanks to the people at the Leduc dealership. The guy worked to help us until he found an answer - and we were not even his clients! SMALL TOWN dealerships actually CARE. The big city dealerships could care less. More

Brutal group! No ethics. Total rip off dealership. Simran Singh sales totally lied about mechanical condition of vehicle. Took vehicle to a certified mechanic as n No ethics. Took vehicle to a certified mechanic as noticed there was not much cold air from A/C turns out the car needs work totally over 10 hours in labour plus all the parts. General sales manager tried blaming us for the damage after having the vehicle for 2 days and only putting on 200 km since purchase. Service manager had zero input. VP ghosted and would not commit to fixing anything. Total lack of ethics, poor management, horrible customer service, non existent integrity. Avoid these rip off artists. I will be reporting this to Amvic and Consumer Affairs. More
