Robbed me Hi, last year August I bought a 2011 Volkswagen gti from “Infiniti south” in Edmonton Alberta. With in a day of me driving it off the dealership Lott I got a “high oil pressure” light come on and I took it back, turns out it needed a new engine, I wasn’t that upset because I spent $8k on this warranty. It took the dealership almost 2 whole months to do which was acceptable at the time because I got a loaner car. A couple weeks later I got another check engine light and turns out the engine seals were bad and was leaking oil, I took it back to the dealership but this time they wouldn’t give me a loaner car and a month later I got it back. And through all this I wasn’t aware that they sold me a warranty that had a limit on it which was approximately $10,000.. and I paid 8k for it. Recently I took it back because I got yet another check engine light and got a quote from the dealership and it was a broken cold air intake (which is just from wear and tear) and they announced to me that I had a leaking “transmission control unit” which would cost me $7,000 and I proceeded to ask to get it replaced through warranty and they said the warranty was now ran out which I was surprised about but I was thinking of other ways to get around it so I though about trading in my car at this dealership. I got this car August 2018 and went to trade it in at the same dealership in July 2019..... they would buy the broken car they sold me not even a year ago back for $5,000 and no chance of a discount on a new car. Keep in mind I was 16 when I bought this car and they are leaving with a car that’s broken and $12,000 in debt. More

Horrifying, humiliating, disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still feel I am dreaming and the worst of all i use the car everyday which reminds me of the DANIEL!!!! HANNA!!! ESP. DANIEL!!! Imaging Daniel told me, that I dont NEED a FOG light to drive a car!!!!! when I mentioned that the fog light of the vehicle the sold to me was broken, just because I have signed the papers!!!! and the tire deflected just after few days of purchase, meanwhile I was lied to by one of them by the name BLAKE who told me on the day of purchase when i noted that tire seem down but covered it up by saying to me "oh!! nooo... just the way the car was parked." and I innocently took his word to be true!!! and the most painfully part of it is that bi weekly the take large sum of my money! without earning it!! I give this xxxx of a place a NOO no... people!!! the reason you see this one star I didn't see worse word then the options it gives, this place should be scrapped market place should look into it. Am not botching neither are my stopping here its a promise!!! More
