Hi Esther, We understand that it is frustrating to have some minor issues arise after the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. Since your purchase over 7 months ago, you have had some issues with your vehicle. Most recently a flat tire. Which we replaced with a new tire at no cost to you. As tires can hit potholes, get nails, etc, this is not something that falls on the dealership, but since we wanted to keep the relationship with you positive we repaired issues at no cost to you. However, after 7 months, we have decided that we can no longer cover the cost of anything that happens to go wrong on your vehicle. We are sorry that this decision has led to you feeling this way, but we feel we have gone above and beyond for you.

You came here to also lie to the public SO YOU CAN GET CHEAP WHO YOU CAN HOOK SORRY WE CANT BE FOOLED????? did you not read the part I MENTIONED THAT ON THE VERY DAY I BOUGHT THE CAR I NOTED THE TIRE WAS BAD AND BLAKE LIED AND SAID TO ME "OHH NO ITS THE WAY THE CAR IS PACKED"!! even, BLAKE GAVE ME A CONDITION BEFORE HE AGREED TO REPLACE THE FOG LIGHT!!!!! DO YOU WANNA KNOE THE CONDITION??? YES I WILL TELL YOU MR. MRS.
