I am never disappointed with Infiniti South ... or in my Q50S. (except the tires do not do it justice) I do hope Infinti is working hard to add more features to the next Q50. Horrible! If I could give a zero I would! I went to buy one vehicle but Sichu suggested another. He told me one price but when I came back for a test drive the price jumped $7000!!! This dealership is a cut above the rest. I have dealt with bmw, lexus and lincoln dealerships in Edmonton over the past decade for servicing of all my luxury vehicles. This dealership has went considerably down hill in the past few years and we will no longer be purchasing Infiniti. Their staff frequently changes, and what was once a high end dealership where you felt w past few years and we will no longer be purchasing Infiniti. Their staff frequently changes, and what was once a high end dealership where you felt well taken care of has turned into a typical “car sales/service” experience where you leave feeling used. In my recent visit I caught them in two separate lies and left without my vehicle being fixed. Even though they had it for 7+ hours. No transparency.
