The worst experience ever, They are punch of thieves If I could give them less than 1 star I would, They are thieves and stole my $500 deposit. Spoke to general manager and he said only way I will get it back is to buy a car from only their location. its not my first time to deal with car dealership, i never faced that kind of service before, all they care about my deposit they don't care if the client is satisfied or not, I will NEVER purchase a car from them. there is no clarity, They was manipulating me and kept me there for over than 3 hours just to deceit me, i don't know how they hire that kind of team and GM who knows nothing about customer service and professionally, They even should change the GM and the team managers or close it, Do not support this dealership. No integrity whatsoever! SURE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE. More
This dealership has went considerably down hill in the past few years and we will no longer be purchasing Infiniti. Their staff frequently changes, and what was once a high end dealership where you felt w past few years and we will no longer be purchasing Infiniti. Their staff frequently changes, and what was once a high end dealership where you felt well taken care of has turned into a typical “car sales/service” experience where you leave feeling used. In my recent visit I caught them in two separate lies and left without my vehicle being fixed. Even though they had it for 7+ hours. No transparency. I would strongly advise anyone to AVOID this dealership! More

IDIOTS!!! ZEROOOOOO STARS!!! Our salesman (Mo) was fine to deal with but the infiniti South Edmonton sales managers are complete idiots and have zero business s ZEROOOOOO STARS!!! Our salesman (Mo) was fine to deal with but the infiniti South Edmonton sales managers are complete idiots and have zero business sense. I went to purchase a vehicle from this dealer, they absolutely would not budge on the price, so I left. The vehicle was still available a couple days later so I phoned Mo our salesman and advised I would pay their full price but they would have to throw in a vehicle maintenance package they offered(basically a few oil changes which they retail for around $500). Mo said he would check with his sales manager and call me back. A few minutes later a sales manager called me back and said that he had spoken to their General Manager and were told to get full price for the vehicle and were not to throw in anything including my request for a few oil changes. So I hung up the phone. It's now over a week later and I saw the same vehicle I was prepared to pay full price full for, has now been dropped about $1000 by Infinite South Edmonton. These guys are absolute IDIOTS!!! More
Services to used car bought was non existent As other has set it, I bought a used car, experience was common to any dealer, they showed that services did their Infiniti inspection and such, well As other has set it, I bought a used car, experience was common to any dealer, they showed that services did their Infiniti inspection and such, well afterwards when I had time to look under the hood, there were a lot of things I didn't like, they took the car later to address them, but why the client has to start searching for the bad stuff for them to fix them. The coolant level was below the min, air filter completely clogged with oil and debris, battery connections full of build up, things that should has been seen, easy to deal with, add a bit more of fluid, brush the connection, change filter, easy fix that present a better picture of your service department., beside oil changes and simple services I haven't done much in that dealer before, but for the stories here, it seems they are not good at all as maintenance service provider. I do NOT recommend this dealer. I have had MULTIPLE problems with the QX56 I bought a year ago. For the most part they begrudgingly fixed many of the problems because I bought the worthless “bumper to problems with the QX56 I bought a year ago. For the most part they begrudgingly fixed many of the problems because I bought the worthless “bumper to bumper” (which is anything but) warranty i was sold by a slimy finance mgr, but got all the standard excuses along the way like others are reporting here! I held them to task for problems that existed long before I bought it from them (remote starters, air ride hoses, wiper motors, heated seats, A/C, and dual cats). There are fundamental problems throughout this dealership but The SERVICE dep’t is the major problem here in my opinion. used car salesmen are salesmen, what else can you expect ...but for a “high end” brand dealer these mechanics are incompetent first of all NOT CHECKING these vehicles over pre purchase, but worse yet after you buy! RIDICULOUS diagnostic and shop fees. My last visit was to fix a block heater cord that a different shop had “fixed” (but didn’t) so I figured the infinity brand shop should be better... NOPE! Just dumb and dumber! $200+later they had Just cut out a piece of cord and put the same “wall plug” back on that the first shop had put on which doesn’t fit into an extension cord... hmmm... what do they think I’m going to do... drive right up to a wall plug with my car? DUH! When I asked why they didn’t fix it with a different end they quoted me $850 ...for a block heater cord! I give up! They say the definition of stupidity is doing the same thing and expecting different results... well This insanity has to stop! Marcie More
They take your money, and wont refund! They seemed all honest and nice when first went to the dealership. Then they pulled a shady move after we decided not to trade and go ahead with the application. Tried to get the refund back and they did everything to take our money and not return it. Bunch of lies and BS from the whole dealership. All deny. even the salesman that helped us when we know what we were told in the first initial meeting. They all turned against us and when tried to get a refund made us feel like crap and they treated us very rude! NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL CON YOU!! More
