I purchased a used 2024 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali from this dealership about a 6 weeks ago with roughly 61,000 km on it. Before purchasing, the sales representative showed me the inspection report and ass this dealership about a 6 weeks ago with roughly 61,000 km on it. Before purchasing, the sales representative showed me the inspection report and assured me the truck had passed everything and was in great condition. About four weeks later the truck went into limp mode and the check engine light came on. When I brought it back to the dealership, I was told that a part for the truck had actually already been ordered before it was sold to me. This was never disclosed during the purchase process. Since then the truck has been back to the dealership twice for the same fuel pump related repair. The most recent visit they kept the truck for 9 days. When I picked it up and drove it home, the check engine light came back on again. I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I purchased this truck expecting a reliable vehicle, especially after being shown an inspection report stating everything passed. Instead I’ve had repeated mechanical issues within the first 6 weeks and no meaningful solution offered by the dealership other than bringing it back again or trading it in at a lower value with no discount offered. I hope the dealership will step up and work toward a fair resolution. At the moment this experience has been very frustrating and far from what I expected when buying from a dealership. Do yourself a favor and get any used vehicle you purchase from these guys inspected by your own mechanic. The truck also needed new batteries, new air filter, new cabin filter, and the oil was changed 18,000km ago so needed that as well. The 150 point inspection they claim to do is most likely just penciled off to show they did it without the mechanic actually checking things properly. More

However, my concerns lie with the broader management approach. Under the management of Leif Peek, the dealership used sales tactics that involved leveraging one customer against another to create pressure and urgency. This approach is unprofessional and does not reflect the level of transparency or integrity expected when making a major purchase. I have never left an online review for any individual or company before, but I feel it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. I value straightforward, honest communication and prefer to work with dealerships that prioritize fairness and respect at every step. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Because of this, I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone in my network. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously, as these practices directly impact customer trust and long‑term reputation. More
They called me to get $100 of service, and $25 off oil change. They sent me a $226 quote to replace a Tom's on tire, and oil change. I agreed, when I picked up Truck, the Tom's was not replaced and they wanted $350! I complained and brought truck back for free service of Tom's in tires. They said quote was for gas engine oil change, not diesel which I have, and they should know with my Vin which was on the quote they sent me! Honestly this leaves me not wanting to return to Chev dealer, and shame as I have exclusively driven GMC trucks for 45 years so far.. Gord Fisher. More

My husband has mobility issues, so we needed something that was easy to get in and out of. I also didn’t want a black or white vehicle. Morgan came to the rescue. He even brought vehicles to our home to save us a few trips to the car lot. It took some months to fill the challenging request, and I was willing to wait. After meeting Morgan, I knew I wouldn't purchase a car from anyone else. He came through with flying colours. He found just what we needed at a Kelowna dealership. They made arrangements to get it to their lot and we took it home yesterday. Everything was perfect. More

Had my diesel pickup in for a oil change. Which they then charged me extra for a tire rotation that I did not ask for. I went back in and the service man and mechanic admitted they did not do this work and they still refused to give me a credit. Now I am not sure that they even changed the oil. This is total fraud.
