This is an excellent dealership that stands behind it's cars and values it's customers. Kody Milne is excellent! His communication skills are bang on and he follows up on promises and emails. I had a small problem with the car I bought and they had me in the next day to get it fixed and even bought me lunch as I had to drive all the way back to Parksville from Victoria the day after I'd bought the car. They solved my issue and they are working to improve things. Hi, I was there earlier in the year to buy a new vehicle and was left disappointed. Now I have a new vehicle they don't seem to want to ta things. Hi, I was there earlier in the year to buy a new vehicle and was left disappointed. Now I have a new vehicle they don't seem to want to talk to you if you didnt buy your vehicle from them. I left a message and 3 Business days later and a second voice mail on the 2nd business day 3rd day still now call back. I talked to their internet chat person and they wanted all the info again. I went in on another day in person and waited for over 5 minutes then was asked to wait for 5 minutes until they finished something up on the computer. Over all Zero service or want to deal with customers. You want me to rate people how can I when they dont want to talk to you. More
