Adams can only be described as a big friendly giant. He is patient and curtious. If there is a question I had he cannot answer he endeavors to find it. And I can't say enough about Robert. He went through all the options without being pushy which made things comfortable and even fun. All the staff were friendly and helpful with myself and my son who I had dragged along with me. Robert took the extra time to explain all the financial aspects and helped make what is a usually long and tedious experience enjoyable. Very happy with my new 2016 CRX GT. He had a good understanding and acceptance of our circumstances and was not "high pressure" which we appreciated. We found our experience to be very positive and we would have no problem recommending Tyler to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.
