He is great, followed up with me on trading in my vehicle. This is my second interaction with Tyler, my son bought a truck from him, I think I bought 2 cars from him previously. I have been with Harris for approx. 44 yr. and customer service that I received from Tyler and team, was exceptional as usual. I would gladly return and refer friends to Harris and strongly recommend Tyler for his exceptional customer services skills. Derek’s outstanding service! I called Derek on Friday to see if he could possibly do a car service for me the following day. He got back to me almost immediately and had booked me an appointment! I was so happy as it had been a while since I had serviced my car so I wanted to get it done ASAP and it was! After my service he shared with me all the details regarding what was done. I appreciated that as I have little knowledge about car services!
